Race Equality Youth Summit

In 2009, the Race Equality Youth Summit took place on the 4th May at Stormont Parliament Buildings. By hosting the summit, NICEM and the Runnymede Trust, working with the Office of the First Minister and Deputy First Minister, let some of the young people from minority ethnic communities have their say on the NI Race Equality Strategy Action Plan, which will set the agenda for race equality in N.I. until 2010 and beyond.
